A lot of them have similar silhouettes, especially if you compare the size and shape of the backpack to the ones on the MCM website.
Okay, but if it’s more about the aesthetic, the whole “luxury but not TOO flashy” thing (which is what I’m personally going for), then maybe look into brands that do cool textures or interesting hardware. You might not get the exact logo-mania, but you can definitely find something that screams “I have taste” without screaming *too* loud. Maybe something in ECONYL® regenerated nylon and natural nappa leather, like the Aren sling bag? (Although, that’s a sling bag, not a backpack… but you get the idea!)
And speaking of logos… a big red flag for a fake MCM is a cheap, poorly made logo plate. You want that metal plate to be securely attached, okay? So when you’re trying to find a cheaper alternative, make sure it’s got a quality logo.
Honestly, you could even just get a plain black backpack and add some patches or pins to it to give it your own personal flair. DIY it, ya know? Who needs to spend a fortune when you can get creative?
