Basically, Miu Miu is like, Prada’s younger, cooler sister who raids her mom’s closet but makes it look *fashion*. And the shoes? Oh, the shoes. We’re talkin’ everything from those iconic ballet flats – you know, the ones that look like you’re about to audition for Swan Lake, but, like, a *punk rock* Swan Lake – to chunky platforms that could probably add, like, five inches to your height. (Which, tbh, I could really use.)
I saw something about studded buckled pumps. Buckles are kinda back in, right? Or are they still out? I can never keep up. Anyway, studs are ALWAYS cool. It’s a timeless look!
And the *materials*? Leather, suede, velvet…oh my! Mytheresa’s got some good stuff, from what I saw, although I haven’t bought anything from there yet, so can’t speak from personal experience. Nordstrom, too, of course! Can’t go wrong with Nordstrom, usually.
Then there’s that whole “superflat, superluxe” thing I read about. Superflat… like, minimalist? I dunno. I’m more of a “give me all the embellishments” kinda gal, but I appreciate a good flat every now and then. Comfort is key, people! Even if it’s designer comfort that costs more than my rent. Don’t judge!
Oh, and those stretch nappa leather thong boots… Okay, I’m not gonna lie, those sound *intense*. Like, maybe a bit too intense for my current lifestyle, which mostly involves wearing slippers and sweatpants while working from home. But hey, maybe one day I’ll be strutting down the street in those babies. A girl can dream, right?
REVERSIBLE has a bunch too, it says so, according to the text I glanced at.
