So don’t feel like you *have* to shell out for the Parfum if you’re on a budget.
And speaking of budgets, that’s the real kicker, isn’t it? Dior ain’t cheap. You’re looking at, like, at least 9000 rupees for the EDP, and probably more for the Parfum. Ouch. But hey, a little goes a long way, right? Plus, think of all the compliments you’ll get! (Okay, maybe that’s a shallow reason to buy it… but still!).
Then there’s the whole “decant” thing. Apparently, you can get these little sample sizes – 5ml, 10ml, that kind of thing. Perfect if you just wanna try it out before committing to the full bottle. Or maybe you’re just traveling and don’t want to lug around a giant glass bottle of expensive cologne. Smart thinking, actually. This Dhaka, Bangladesh thing is kinda confusing, though. I guess some places offer cash on delivery for decants, which is kinda cool, I guess?
One thing that always gets me is the descriptions. Stuff like, “François Demachy demanded a Reggio Bergamot of a specific quality.” I mean, come ON! Does it *really* matter where the bergamot comes from? Probably, to the perfumers. But to me? It just smells good. I’m not gonna lie, I usually skip all that fancy talk and just look at the price and whether it smells good based on reviews.
