You see these ads, right? “Exquisite materials,” “artisan-crafted,” blah blah blah. They wanna sell you this image of like, Spanish royalty and generations of leather wizards. And honestly, some of their stuff *is* gorgeous. I saw a Puzzle bag the other day, and the leather was, no joke, buttery soft. Like, wanted-to-eat-it soft. But then, you see the price tag. Ouch.
And that’s where the “original quality” thing gets tricky. Is it *really* worth it? I saw this review online, a “Loewe Puzzle Bag Honest Review,” which, btw, kudos to them for being honest, says Jonathan Anderson (the designer guy) “rejuvenesceu a marca.” Basically, he’s made it cool again. But does “cool” equal “quality”? 🤔
I also spotted something about “original puzzle bag and the newer puzzle edge bag.” So, they’re even changing the *make* of the bags? Makes you wonder, right? Are they cutting corners somewhere? I mean, everything gets mass-produced these days, even the luxury stuff. It’s a sad truth, but true.
Then there’s this whole “CASA LOEWE Madrid” thing. Sounds fancy, doesn’t it? And then, bam, an ad for buying Loewe in Brazil, with “Certificado de Autenticidade” and “Entrega Rápida e Segura.” Like, okay, sure, but does a certificate guarantee *original* quality? Not necessarily, in my opinion. It just means it’s not a blatant fake.
And then, completely out of left field, “Carreras en LOEWE” talking about Loewe sunglasses. What even? It’s like they’re throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. 10x no interest, free shipping… sounds more like a sale at Macy’s than some legacy brand.
